Originally the job was for removal and replacement of engineered wood floors damaged in a slab leak, installation in the master and new baseboards throughout the downstairs but unforseen problems stemming from a previous contractors work lead us to much more. While other companies would have been less likely to stop the job to make sure the underlying issues were resolved, Southern Floors did not. They rose to the job providing additional support and resources to ensure we got the root problem resolved. Charlotte of Southern Floors went way above the call of duty. We called with a rush job on a Saturday evening, and she went to work over the next couple of days to get us an installer ASAP. Charlotte and Southern Floors were great. We had to redo part of our bathroom after a leak, and our update fixed problems that we didn’t know we had prior to the work. What I liked best is that I was able to show Charlotte my ideas for what I wanted to do and then was able to select from a huge array of tiles at her store in Roanoke. They brought my idea to life and I LOVE my new bath. We will definitely use again.

I bought my house (which needed updating etc.) in 2013. Charlotte and her team have done exceptional work. She is very fair with her clients and is excellent at explaining the steps. I keep going back because I know I will get what I asked for done properly at a fair price. You really could not pick better because they can pretty much do whatever you dream up!!!
